Hello! We’re Pacey Wingent Dickson (PWD Property), an independent estate agency based in Bookham with over 47 years of experience covering Surrey and South-West London.
After stepping away from a large corporate estate agent, the three of us, Tim Pacey, Louis Wingent and Christian Dickson decided to embark on our own journey to provide a more personal approach to property. Since we began trading in April 2024, we have been successfully running our business in an office located in Effingham, off the high street, but we are now extremely proud to be working in our first front office in Bookham.
The village offers a diverse range of properties, from charming cottages and period homes to modern new-build family houses, making it the perfect place for us to run our independent business.
We feel Bookham is more than just a village; its friendly community is set in one of the most beautiful parts of Surrey with its stunning landscapes, rich history and excellent connectivity.
