We understand the importance of a deadline when it comes to finding you your new home. Most tenants we speak to are working with an inflexible move date and with a large number of properties entering the market with a two month availability gap (tenants/landlords serve two months’ notice to end an agreement) we understand the importance of urgency and efficiency with your search.
When arranging photos, floorplans, etc. We will still be conducting viewings so we encourage tenants to get in touch so we can show all properties matching their requirements on and off the web. We also recommend seeing a selection of properties on the day so you’re more confident in making your decision. In the extremely competitive rental market today, waiting to make an offer the following day could result in the property being rented to someone else.
Prior to an appointment, we recommend tenants come equipped with the necessary documentation to secure a property. All tenants will be required to prove their income, right to rent and have funds available to pay the first month's rent and five-week deposit.
