Three estates agents who met while working together at Foxtons have left the London-based firm to set-up their own estate agency.

Tim Pacey, Christian Dickson, and Louis Wingent recently left Foxtons to start their own estate agency in Surrey.

Pacey and Dickson were operations directors with 17 years tenure each, while Wingent was a lettings manager at Foxtons for almost eight years.

The new independent estate agency is located in Effingham, with an office off the high-street. The company, which will specialise in sales, lettings, property management and auctions, will offer a new brokerage model aimed at experienced agents seeking self-employment. Area's covered will be Effingham, Bookham, Leatherhead and Woking.

Wingent commented: “As more estate agents move to self-employment, it’s clear the industry is changing. We’re finding more agents embrace the brokerage model, reflecting a significant trend: estate agents are increasingly focused on building their own businesses and fostering long-term, personal connections.

“At Pacey Wingent Dickson, we pride ourselves on offering just that. Our goal, using 41 years of experience, is to establish lasting relationships with all of our customers and clients, ensuring we provide the best service as a local independent estate agency.”
