Two new build properties sold in Ottershaw, Surrey, KT16

This was a fantastic achievement for PWD. Just months after launching our business, we had the incredible opportunity to market and sell two stunning new-build homes in Ottershaw, Surrey. The houses were completed in late summer 2024 which is when we launched them to market for sale.

Unlike large-scale developments, these homes were crafted with meticulous attention to detail, offering a truly bespoke feel. We first launched the rear property, which attracted 23 viewings before being sold to a no chain buyer. The sale was completed within just 10 weeks of the offer being accepted.

Next, we brought the front house to market, where it quickly garnered 15 viewings. Once again, it was snapped up by a cash buyer, with the transaction finalised in just 8 weeks.
